jijiph Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By registering an Account on the jijiph Platform, accessing any game or service, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with jijiph's Privacy Policy and all game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jijiph Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

To register and use the jijiph Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required under applicable Philippine law governing online gambling. jijiph strictly prohibits underage gambling in all circumstances.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is lawful at the time of use. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of jijiph complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must be an individual person acting in your own capacity. Registration on behalf of another person, or use of the Platform in a corporate or institutional capacity not expressly authorized by jijiph, is prohibited.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jijiph Platform, whether by your own request (self-exclusion) or by jijiph as a result of a violation of these Terms.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Territory. jijiph reserves the right to refuse service to players in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Each Player may register only one Account on jijiph. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Requirements

Before jijiph processes your first withdrawal request, you must complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents:

• A valid government-issued Philippine photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot showing your GCash or Maya account name and registered mobile number);
• Any additional documentation jijiph reasonably requests to verify your identity, age, or source of funds.

jijiph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or Account access pending KYC completion. Completion of KYC does not guarantee approval if submitted documents are found to be false, expired, or inconsistent with Account information.

4.3 Account Currency

All Account Balances on jijiph are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Transactions in other currencies, where supported by a payment method, will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jijiph Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jijiph will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or social media under any circumstances.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your Account.
• You must notify jijiph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• jijiph will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

jijiph accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform's Cashier page, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at jijiph's discretion without prior notice.

6.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash or Maya are typically credited to your jijiph Account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect depending on the financial institution. jijiph is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking systems outside its control.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at jijiph is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method on the Cashier page. jijiph reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual Accounts based on KYC verification status or risk assessment.

6.3 Deposits and Anti-Money Laundering

All deposit activity at jijiph is monitored for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. jijiph reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into any Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of the Account and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Deposited funds must be used for legitimate gaming purposes only. jijiph accounts must not be used as a conduit for funds transfers, currency exchange, or any activity not directly related to wagering on the Platform.

Players may request withdrawal of real-money Balance subject to the following conditions being met:

• KYC verification has been completed and approved by jijiph;
• The withdrawal amount does not include Bonus Funds or winnings subject to outstanding wagering requirements;
• No active investigation or account review is in progress on the Account;
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed on the Cashier page.

7.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

jijiph targets the following processing timelines for standard withdrawal requests:

• GCash / Maya: Typically processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours (08:00–24:00 PHT);
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank): Typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days;

jijiph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or blockchain network congestion beyond jijiph's reasonable control. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.

7.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, as a security and anti-money laundering measure. jijiph reserves the right to require additional verification before approving withdrawals to new or alternative payment methods.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts. Current limits are displayed on the Cashier page and may vary based on KYC verification tier. Players seeking higher limits may contact jijiph support to discuss VIP account arrangements.

jijiph offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Platform, and to the general bonus terms set out in this Section.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the deposit + bonus amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be wagered in real-money games before any winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated for each bonus.

8.2 Bonus Eligibility

8.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are displayed on the Platform's Promotions page. As a general guide, live casino games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced percentage. Players should verify contribution rates before selecting games to complete wagering requirements.

All games available on jijiph — including slot machines, live dealer table games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by the specific rules of each game as published on the Platform, and by the rules of the relevant game providers. In the event of a conflict between jijiph's general Terms and a game provider's published rules, the game provider's rules shall govern for matters specific to gameplay; jijiph's Terms shall govern for all matters relating to accounts, payments, and player conduct.

9.1 Return to Player (RTP)

jijiph publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games as provided by certified game developers. These percentages represent the theoretical long-term average return over millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jijiph Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your location or age;
• Money laundering — using jijiph accounts to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity;
• Chargebacks — initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to jijiph;
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live casino games, or tournaments;
• Prohibited software — using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software that interacts with jijiph's Platform in a manner not authorized by jijiph;
• Exploitation of errors — knowingly exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Underage gambling — attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a minor to use your Account;
• Account sharing — permitting any other person to access or place bets using your Account.

11.1 Player Protection Tools

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as contemplated by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in jijiph's intellectual property beyond this limited access licence.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jijiph Platform without prior written consent from jijiph.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jijiph's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to jijiph in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jijiph shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Losses arising from reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform;
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or errors in game software originating from third-party providers;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment operators or banking institutions;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any event outside jijiph's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, network outages, or force majeure events.

jijiph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• jijiph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage;
• jijiph is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction;
• A chargeback has been initiated on any deposit made to the Account.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, jijiph reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money Balance at the time of termination will be reviewed and returned to the Player at jijiph's discretion, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation and applicable legal obligations.

jijiph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jijiph will provide notice to registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and jijiph regarding any aspect of the Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting jijiph's support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or gaming regulatory bodies having jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.

jijiph's decisions on matters of game outcomes, technical errors, and account management are final pending formal regulatory review. jijiph will cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory authorities.
